We would like to extend our warmest congratulations to Miss Mayanglambam Bebirani Devi daughter of Mayanglambam Tombi Singh (Senior Lecturer, Mathematics, Kakching Khunou College) and Thongam Pishakmacha Devi (Retd. Assistant Teacher, Kakching Khunou Makha High School) of Kakching Khunou Hijam Maning Leikai on the award of the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D) for her thesis entitled “Sheetaljitki Upanyasta Yekliba Nupigi Shaktam” in Manipuri. She conducted her research work under the supervision of Prof. P. Nabachandra Singh and Co-Supervision of Prof. N. Aruna, Dept. of Manipuri, Manipur University, Canchipur, Imphal.
She had previously qualified UGC NET/JRF in June 2012 and published a paper during her research period. She is currently a Lecturer at Langmeidong Higher Secondary School.
