The 12th Annual Felicitation Function was held on 17th September 2023 at Kakching Khunou Bazar Mandop. Shri Thingnam Ibomcha Singh, Asst. Professor at Kakching Khunou College graced the function as Chief Guest. Shri Mayanglambam Tombi Singh and Shri Mayanglambam Iboyaima Singh, Assistant Professors at Kakching Khunou College have attended the function as Guests of Honour. Dr. Ksh. Birla Singh, President of KKEF, presided over the function.

The event began with a two-minute silence in honour of the fallen bravehearts and victims of the current communal violence in Manipur.

This year, 99 students who passed in the first division in Class X and XII (CBSE and Manipur Boards), 5 who cleared NEET and got admission into medical colleges for MBBS, and 2 who got into IIT and NIT after cracking JEE Advanced were honoured.
