The Kakching Khunou Educational Forum (KKEF) successfully held its 14th Annual Felicitation Function on Sunday, June 15, 2025, at the Ibudhou Khamlangba Laikon in Kakching Khunou.

Prof. Yumnam Jayanta Singh, the respected Executive Director of NIELIT Imphal, attended the occasion as the Chief Guest. Dr. Khumukcham Robindro Singh, Head of Computer Science, Manipur University and President of KKEF, presided over the occasion. The Guest of Honour, Smt. Priyadarshini Laishram (MPS), Superintendent of Police, Kakching District, Manipur, added to the occasion’s grandeur.

The event began with a wonderful opening song performed by students from Gems Academy, Kakching Khunou, followed by a wonderful cultural dance performance by students from the school. The highlight of the event was the felicitation of 119 students who excelled in their Class X and XII board exams. The applause and appreciation received by these students are sure to motivate them further.

The celebration ended with lovely cultural dance performances by students from various schools. These powerful performances not only entertained the audience, but also provided an opportunity for students showcase their artistic talents.

Prior to the felicitation, a painting competition was organised, with approximately 400 students participating. The results of the competition are as follows:
