An alumnus of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Yaralpat (Class VI-XII), and Manipur Institute of Technology (MIT), where he completed his B.E. and M.Tech. in Civil Engineering, Richard previously served as an Engineer at JIO, Imphal.
